Overview

Weather Guarantees are subject to standard taxes based on the location of the partner. Partners based in the US are subject to sales tax and EU / UK partners are subject to VAT. Either the partner or Sensible Weather will be responsible for remitting these taxes to the appropriate tax entity depending on who is the Merchant of Record (MoR) and the partner location.
